We take fraudulent payments very seriously. We will even escalate fraudulent payments to Action Fraud police UK if we believe we've encountered fraudulent card activities.     What Shipping Methods Are Available?

    We have the following standard delivery method at check out. There is an estimated 2-4 working days, handling and processing time before any of our items leaves our warehouse.

    Worldwide estimated delivery takes 10-20 working day & cost £12.

    I just placed an order what happens next?

    Firstly, we need to process your order and we require between 2-4 days for handling & Processing time. As a private company, we do not operate like most high street stores. • We have a huge order & cancellation base system each day and we need to check all the details thoroughly and provide additional information to our warehouses. • Once the handling process has completed, depending on which delivery service you chose at checkout will depend on your delivery time.

    CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    Yes all orders placed with myleefed.com will be given a unique [TIN] Tracking information number and you can use it to track your shipping progress on store. Should this fail to provide the information you need, contact us at info@myleefed.com, WhatsAPP or Instagram and we will provide you with our in house tracking data. All orders are tracked with our service team.

    Yes, we ship to most countries in UK, EU, USA, CAN AUS as standard

    We do ship to most worldwide countries and out check out system will confirm this. Worldwide shipping fees cost £12

    What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

    We use, Shopify Pay, Paypal, All major debit and credits cards. We encourage our customers to check out with PayPal for payment protection tracking.

    Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

    Unfortunately all returns are at the expense of the customer. Myleefed.com is not responsible for any import taxes to any destinations worldwide.

    Refund Process

    All refunds are processed within 1-2 working days. / All major debit & credit cards refunds are returned back into your bank account within 3-5 working days. Paypal refunds are returned within 1 working day.

    All items must be returned within 14 working days. You must complete a returns form at our returns center. No shipping labels are provided therefore return costs are at the expense of the customer.

    What items can I return ?

    • Items You Can Return- Shoes, Bags, Trousers, Coats & Jacket, Jeans, Skirts, Shirts, Dresses, Tops, Perfumes & Electrical items. • Our perfume/cologne collection must be returned sealed, unopened and undamaged before any refunds are returned. • All of the above returns must be unused and returned in their original packaging before a Full Refund is returned. • Items You Can't Return- Lingerie, Makeup, Earrings, Lashes. Unfortunately, for hygiene purposes, we will not accept any of these return items. • Therefore you will either be offered a partial payment or 40% discount as a one off.
